PC to Fax Functionality IMRA Fax offers several packages for PC to Fax compatibility, other than those features provided with the above listed fax2fax features. User downloads client software of choice either over the Internet or via CD If using the standard fax client software, the user opens the program and does settings according to his preferences, and may also specify which template to use. Whenever a user wants to send a fax using the IMRA fax Desktop Software, he can do so by opening a new or existing document and then press on the print button. Here, instead of choosing a standard printer connected to the system, the user chooses the IMRA Fax printer driver which in turn asks to which fax number or group number the document is to be sent, and thus the message will be set in queue waiting to be processed by the system- either immediately or as scheduled. For client software that is seamlessly integrated with email software systems like Microsoft Exchange and lotus notes, users print their desired to-be-faxed document directly from any application and the email client opens with the document attached to the email transformed into TIFF format for faxing. The user types the fax recipient into the software popup interface and thus the destinations will be set in the message to Line. Fax is sent over the Internet to IMRA Fax server network and is least cost routed over PSTN for termination. Also the track system described above can be used.
