How it works:Users dial the modem extension of your server PC, then the system answers the call and prompts the user to enter his fax destination number followed by the Pound Key (#). When the user does so, a fax tone is generated waiting for the user to press the Fax Start Key and send the fax to the installed IMRA Fax to Fax server. (The figure to the right, shows modem Conexant is connected to Extension 12). After the fax has been received, the server will generate a graphic file and will send via email to its destinations via our fax gateways. Also the software can be programmed to accept user passwords to identify the validity of the user or department. As usual all faxes sent via IMRA Fax to Fax server will be delivered at a low cost and all delivery status will be confirmed directly to your registered email or fax machine. |
