By using Desktop to Fax you will be able to send faxes via your email, and do more savings, than using any other fax carrier. Desktop to Fax has been designed taking into consideration that soon, traditional faxing might become obsolete, and all communications will be based on internet emails. Having this in mind the IMRA Desktop to Fax Ver 2.00 features the following:

Simplicity

Print any document from any windows platform (Win 9X, NT, ME, 2000) by selecting IMRA Desktop to Fax printer driver, and D2F is activated.
Easy setup screens, to configure your modem comports, and the queued faxes resolution.

Functionality

Uses your existing email software, outlook Express, Eudora, Netscape messenger, to send faxes, and thus you can keep track of all faxes sent, and the confirmations will be sent directly to your email, completely referenced and can be viewed anytime using your default graphic viewer.

Tracking

History of all sent email to fax , received faxes, and sent faxes can always be viewed.
By using the Send Again function, you will have the ability to resend any previously sent fax or email message.
Unlimited email address support, because recipient addresses are not necessarily fax numbers, you can send your generated fax image to an email address, if needed

Fax Modem Features

Provided your computer has a modem and is connected to a telephone line or PBX extension, you can make the IMRA Desktop to fax receive faxes, and thus your fax machine acts as a scanner, and you can now send received faxes as attached Tiff Format emails to your recipient parties if necessary.
Send directly from your fax modem using the Send fax, thus you can use the IMRA Desktop to Fax as any fax software to send local / International faxes directly from your modem.
Monitor your fax modem status while sending / receiving a fax.

Address Book Functionality

Ease of use of D2F address book in adding single and / or grouped addresses.
Manage your address book and specify group addresses to be sent from one single click, to either a single address or a group of addresses previously assigned. All the messages will be sent to your default email software waiting to be connected and sent along with other ready mail messages.
Send one or more addresses at a time whether it is a fax or email recipient.
Easy to import addresses from any windows
application address book, in comma delimited
format or CSV.

Network Support

Network support to work with our IMRA Fax server software, thus users can send faxes any time without them needing to have email software, or even a modem connected to the computer. All files to be sent will be centralized on the IMRA Fax server, and managed to be sent directly from there.
The fax status screen will always be updated to reflect if the server has sent the fax and shows its status if confirmed or failed.
Ability to change to different carriers, when registered, thus you can ensure that your fax will be sent even if your preferred fax carrier is facing delivery problems to some countries.
